Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time in order to complete any required medical history and consent paperwork. If you are running behind on time for your appointment, we ask you to contact Premier Medical Health & Wellness directly, so we may alert your provider in advance. If you are late, we will try to accommodate your service as scheduled, however may need to reschedule your appointment to another provider if available or at a different day for you to receive your full treatment for optimal results.
